Great service and communication. Managed expectations effectively for a large Bath remodel and Kitchen/ Dining upgrade. Although my job was a relatively small job compared to the large custom homes Shipwrigh is often involved with they treated me like i was one of their only clients. Appreciate the quality craftsmanship to fix and upgrade the lousy work by the original builder.

The Shipwright Homes team did a great job on our Kitchen Remodel. Dennis had all the sub contractors lined up before starting the job with firm bids from all so we knew exactly what the costs were going to be. Dennis managed the subs and self performed some of the detailed work to ensure the job stayed on schedule. We had many subs involved including demo, stone countertops, tile backsplash, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, and paint. All the work went smoothly and the team kept the jobsite clean along the way. We are very pleased with the quality and professionalism of Shipwright and would use them again if we had another major project.

Shipwright Homes is a super high quality builder. I hired them to remodel my 1950's home in Costa Mesa. It was a very large project including replacing the entire electrical system, plumbing, and drywall. The outcome was incredible as was the workmanship. Highly recommended!
